Here is a simple, essential perpetual calendar template to help you keep track of the most important dates each month. The page is divided into twelve blocks, each one representing a calendar month. The month is written across the top of each block, on backgrounds alternating in blue, orange, and gray colors.
Inside of each of the monthly boxes are four lines. Each line is divided into two spaces. The first, smaller space, is for you to write a number to correspond with a date for that month. The second, longer space, is for you to write the details of an appointment.Â
