Green Patch is a free printable weekly to do list stationery page, available in both US letter and A4 formats, with plenty of space to jot down your weekly goals. The color scheme is green, with some brown, with a design of garden grasses and leaves.
Days of the week are broken down into two rows, with Monday through Thursday along the top row and Friday through Sunday along the second row. Below each of the days is a green box, which contains plenty of space to jot down daily tasks and goals. The last box on the second row is for any other notes that pertain to the week. The bottom of the boxes in both rows are lined with greenery.
