Each letter is presented on a single sheet of paper, so there are 23 sheets in all. The background colors of each letter alternate red, orange, blue, gray, purple. The lettering is white, with a halftone drop shadow to match or contrast with the background.
You can download this congratulations graduate banner print out at the end of this post. Simply print the pdf file and cut out the lettered banner.
