Since everyone I know is exercising with youtube and zoom instructors, I thought I would offer a printable home exercise routine planner this week. I should clarify I am not one of these people, so I have no idea what a person who exercises might desire in an exercise planner. Still, I’ve had a bash at it and I hope it can serve some active body well.
The text home exercise routine planner is displayed across the top of the printable, which is available in both US letter and A4 formats. There’s a section for each day of the week below the header, in which you can fill out details like the date, your activity of choice, duration, and any additional notes (like “never do this again” or “wow exercise makes me feel awful”). Another section on the side includes space to write goals (“run less, drink more”), your favorite workouts (“couch-surfing”) and thoughts (“why did I ever think this was a good idea?”)
