There is a good selection of printable gift tags on this website, but these are the first free printable price tags on offer. There are two designs available in the set. One is a long rectangular shape with three solid lines across the bottom and a dollar bill icon. The other is a more plain and less slim tag with two solid lines across the bottom. The latter tag is more universally applicable and would also be suitable for gift tag purposes.
The colour scheme is warm gray and dark gray. Both can be written on visibly with a wide-tipped sharpie.
